Rainbow Cookies

Everyone loves a rainbow cookie!  Traditional green, yellow and pink almond paste sponge layers with alternating layers of raspberry preserves.  Dipped in a semi-sweet chocolate and topped with chocolate sprinkles.  Approximately 26 pieces per pound.
